Creating Your Account

Signing up takes about two minutes. Pick a display name (this is the one buyers and sellers will see — pick something memorable), enter a working email you check often, and choose a password you'll actually remember. Once you confirm your email, your account is live and you can start browsing right away. Listing items takes a couple more steps, but the initial registration is intentionally lightweight.

Getting Verified

Buyers can browse without verification, but anyone who wants to sell or message privately needs to complete it first. The process asks for a government ID to confirm you're a real adult and a quick liveness check to match your face to the document. Everything you upload is encrypted, kept private, and never shown on your public profile. Most verifications are reviewed within a few hours.

Building Your Profile

Once you're in, your profile is the first thing other members see. Add an avatar that fits the vibe you want — many sellers use stylised or partial shots rather than identifiable photos — and write a short bio that tells buyers what you offer and how you operate. If you're selling, list your wear durations, shipping regions, and any custom-request policies up front. Clear profiles get more messages.

Buyer or Seller — Or Both

You don't have to choose during signup. The same account can browse and buy from day one, then upgrade to a seller plan whenever you're ready to list. Sellers get a dashboard for managing listings, conversations, and earnings; buyers get saved searches, favourites, and message threads. Most active members do both at some point.

How Plans and Fees Work

Browsing, messaging admins, and buying are free for everyone. To list items or message other members directly you'll need a Premium Seller plan, which is a flat monthly fee — no percentage cut from your sales. Linking a Payment Method

Buyers fund their account using our in-house token system, which keeps card details off seller profiles entirely. Sellers can connect a payout method once their first sale clears — we support several discreet payment providers that don't list our platform name on bank statements. Setup happens in your account settings and only takes a couple of minutes.

A Few Practical Pointers

Use a separate email if you'd rather keep this account out of your main inbox. Treat your username as a brand: changing it later is allowed, but buyers remember repeat sellers, so consistency helps. And if anything goes sideways during signup or verification, ping support — replies usually come back the same day, often within a couple of hours.
